These terms cover your use of the NMT Prep website at nucmedboards.com and the NucMed Boards Prep apps for iPhone and Android. By using them you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
NMT Prep is a study aid for the NMTCB, ARRT(N), ARRT(CT) and NMTCB(CT) certification exams. It provides practice questions, case studies, mock exams, flashcards, calculators and reference material.
Everything in NMT Prep is educational. It is written to help you prepare for an examination, not to guide the care of any patient. Nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for clinical judgement, institutional protocol, or the instructions of a supervising physician. Always follow your employer's procedures and current regulatory requirements.
We work to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors, nor that using it will result in passing any exam.
NMT Prep is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NMTCB, the ARRT, the SNMMI, or the ASRT. All trademarks belong to their respective owners, and are used only to describe the exams this material prepares you for.
A portion of the content is free to use. NMT Prep Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks the full question bank, every case study and full-length mock exams, on the website and in both apps.
Refunds for app purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, and we cannot issue them on your behalf. For website subscriptions, email us and we will deal with it directly.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity on your account. One subscription is for one person. Please do not share accounts or credentials.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time. See Delete Your Account.
You may submit examinee tips and job postings. Keep them accurate, lawful and civil, and do not post exam questions recalled from a live examination, which would breach the certifying board's own rules. Submissions are reviewed before they appear, and we may decline or remove anything at our discretion.
You keep ownership of what you submit, and grant us permission to display it within the service.
The questions, explanations, case studies and design are our intellectual property. Your subscription is a licence to use them personally, not a transfer of ownership.
We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant we will make it visible in the app or on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including exam results, lost opportunity, or professional consequences arising from your use of the material. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
