You can ask us to delete your NMT Prep account and the data associated with it at any time. This applies whether you use the website, the iPhone app or the Android app, since all three share one account.
Email us from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my account.

We confirm every request by replying to the email address on the account, so that nobody else can delete your data. We action requests within 30 days and usually within a few business days.
We keep records of completed transactions where tax and accounting law requires it, normally for seven years. These are billing records only. We also keep anonymous, aggregated usage counts that cannot be traced back to you.
Study progress, quiz history and bookmarks are stored on your device rather than on our servers. Deleting the app removes them, and we never receive them.
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, and cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. Please do both if you want both.
Apple and Google hold the billing relationship for purchases made in the apps, so those cancellations have to happen there. We cannot cancel them on your behalf.
